Has anyone ordered or received anything from Rivethead-Aero recently? I ordered 2 Trim Cable Attach Brackets a couple weeks ago and have not heard or seen anything. Voicemail is full and emails aren’t answered. Has anyone had luck.

Good luck. I waited almost 2 months without hearing anything. I had tried to contact them numerous times through email and voice. I then went through paypal to get my money back and i received the trim brackets a few days later. If it were me I would cancel the order now and order through www.iflyrv10.com. A friend ordered the brackets through them and had them in a week. Just my .02.

My experience was the same as Paul's. Only by filing a complaint with Paypal did I get a response.

I got my brackets after a month and a phone call.
It still amazes me how could someone do this in such a close knit community. At least put a note on the site that all products ship sometime in the next three months or so ...

I use iflyrv10 when I can. But there's not quite the full assortment of
RV-10 parts that Rivethead has.
So I ordered what I could from inflyrv10 and the rest from Rivethead. I
decided to get upset only once by ordering everything in one shipment.
Instead of getting upset 5 times and ordering 5 separate shipments.
It took about two months with no communication - but it showed.
I really hope iflyrv10 gets off the ground. We need more folks like
that.

Looks like not keeping up on the site caused it to slip
by without renewal....
According to a Whois search, the domain just expired.
