I used a cutoff wheel on a die grinder. Appr 3 inches

Dremel makes a small diamond coated thin wheel made for cutting plastic. Even rounded out my landing lenses and trimmed the fiberglass. Very smooth at medium to high speed. Buy at Ace or Homedepot.
