I am thrilled to be able to see it...... I thought the shuttle program would die before I ever got a chance. And to see a night launch is extra special. Kinda crazy to go so far for just a few minutes........ I was able to justify it by taking the Rocket down to Vero Beach for all the finish work that has needed to be done for some time. And I'm stopping in Dallas on the way home to take in another Sailplane contest.
Then, I have to keep my nose to the grindstone for several months....
