Hi Gang
I happened to come across this old video of Bob Hoover in action.
This is not Kolb related...but...I thought it was worth sharing it with everyone....don't try this while flying your Kolb's

Yep,
I saw Robert A. (Bob) Hoover at a York, Pa. air show in "Ole Yeller"
when he accidentally took out a major power line with his landing
gear on a low level sneak in pass.
Bob then did a slow pass while the tower did a visual check to see if
there was any obvious damage to the gear, he then came around and
landed, walked around the plane for a "look see" and took off again
and finished his routine.
Ole Yeller must have been one tough old bird.

Ole HOOVER was a tough old bird! I saw him at Reading PA when he took
out a powerline with a wingtip, in a river valley.
No damage, flew next shows flawlessly.
