I have a buyer for my 701; but, I can't get the "original owner" to give
me a bill of sale from the factory.
What am I supposed to do?
Zenith is looking into it for me.
Just thought I would ask the list.

I could be wrong, but I think that if the 701 is currently regististered in
you name with the FAA, you only need to give the new owner a bill of sale.
Who owned it previously isn't material as long as the N number has been
transferred to you or you got a new one. Best to check with the FAA.
