A record!

  

 Today's Doth at Connington produced a turnout of 14 aircraft. The previous best was twelve. The food was good too!

  

 Arrival was a bit chaotic C five Europas were in circuit when I arrived C and the controller had given up. His response to the position reports was "yep" C or C "OK". However C he was excellent at advising us where to park.

  

 The attached photo shows G-OKEV arriving C with lots of Europas in the foreground. Regrettably the control tower's double glazing spoiled this picture a little. The good photographs are being sent to the Flyer Editor.
