Just thought I would make a comment. I completed my airplane last Spring….well almost completed my airplane last Spring, always something else to do. I played hooky from work yesterday and took a friend up. I guess I had started getting comfortable with having the -10 and was starting to take it for granted. My friend has many hours (passenger) in C172s and C182s, but he left this flight with the “RV Grin.” He just could not get over the airplane’s performance and handling.
So to make a long story short, I have regained my sense of excitement about my RV-10 and will have to think back to that flight every once in a while to remind myself what a beautiful airplane the RV-10 is.
For those who are still building……..it is truly worth all the effort.
