Hey Lightning guys and gals: I am finally getting around to getting some of the more mundane things accomplished on N13LN.
What/which did you find was the best method for getting the remainder of the paper off the inside of the canopy? I have a piece/strip about 1/4 to 3/8 " wide around the bottom of the left half of the canopy. I think the ideal would be some sort of item that I could push along the canopy and cut the paper at the proper line along the bottom. The paper has been painted , so it is a little harder to remove.
Has anyone made/fastened a fairing/adapter to the bottom of the fuselage to fair in the landing gear fairing's? I have purchased some RV-9 fairing's, but have not tried anything with them yet.
I have almost finished the map/glove box installation. It looks ok and is functional so I guess that is the best I can hope for. I still do not have any fuel quantity indication (other than full all the time), but the totalizer works OK and once I get it adjusted, it should be fairly accurate as to the fuel remaining.
