Due to the technicality of missing FAA reference materials that were
germane to the 51% discussion, the comment period is being extended
again. Thanks to those 300+ soles who took the time to indicate the
areas of discussion they found important.
This gives a few months reprieve before the policy is forever modified.
No word was offtered on whether the RV-12 will get consideration but the
RV-10 should remain grandfathered with a need to document any Pro Build
Assist that does not encroach on 51% owner built.

Can you show me how to hammer that message home into the comments
docket with my rivet gun? Do I need a gauge to be certain the shop
head is well formed? Punctuate with my dimple dies?

Your opinion is valued. This policy might just get another delay into 2009
and the 111th Congress, till the next prez picks his new Administrator of
the FAA.
