I didn't know there were Marine cowards...

This could be true what is being said but Dennis can only do his best against what Lutaris tells him. The only way to solve a situation like this is to refund the money and Lutarus to return the money back to Dennis. Dennis is the middle man and can only do so much. I have delt with Dennis over the past 8 years and he is very much a stand up individual and loves these aircraft enough to do this full work time. The problem is that we dealers have to deal with people in old Russia that may not have the same scuples and feelings about justice here in the USA. This is the problem.
I am very sorry this individual feels this way about Dennis but to threaten ones well being is not the way to go. I would stand next to Dennis if this would happen and that individual better be a big MF because he will have to go through me. (as you all know me and my size)
Lets get back to positive YAK conversations gentlemen and let them work this out off list.

Ditto! Dennis works out of my hanger. He has been thru HELL with Liutarus! He is a stand up guy and he has busted his but to make it right…to the point of hiring a Lithuanian Attorney!

I just caught up with the posting about Liutauras Dzuisas and wanted to outline another instance of fraud he committed against myself. It seems he is bringing a lot of other people down with him. I really wish Id publicized Mr Dzuizas's actions long before he created trouble for so many more people.
Im a disabled pilot and I signed contracts with Mr Dziuzas and his Firm UAB “Anabaras” Žalgirio 88-604 LT-09303 Vilnius Lithuania six years for the purchase of two Aircraft a YAK52 and a YAK55. Needless to say they never arrived. I paid a deposit of 50% on each at the time so its a sizable amount. At the time a manager Antanas Simuitsas was working with him, I'm not sure if they separated amicably. I contacted him directly without middlemen involved so hes obviously the suspect party. Id be interested in hearing of the name of the lawyers representing parties in Lithuania as Id like to contact the myself.
I briefly contacted a few but didnt follow through after finding little success in a firm willing to pursue the matter. lus wishful thinking on y part that Mr Dzuizas would trade out of his problems. Obviously I see now hes been ripping of a number of people. How any havent come forward.
Any way at least I hope people are forewarned about dealing with him.
