Can a Tailwind be float fitted?

Shawn; Our local FBO owner told me he had seen one in Canada several years
ago on floats which didn't fair well, it seems it didn't have enough
vertical fin and rudder for the take off torque and spiraled over on take
off. He said he seen it laying in the water. Farmer John
