I was thinking about doing something with my nose. No, not the nose on my face with a tattoo, or ring, or a spike, but my Lightning, maybe a little paint, or probably vinyl?

I like how things turned out with my plane, but the cowling seems a little bare.

Any thoughts?

Jim!

I have the perfect one. Used it on my Challenger about 10 years ago.

Jim, it looks perfect. Don't change a thing. the cowl is précising the air first and then the color shows up. Its perfect. Astatically balanced. If anything, maybe paint the prop tips white so it blends into the cowl. I hope mine turns out to look that good. Tex

Nice idea Brian, but my wife would have something to say about that one…

Thanks Gary.

The problem is that I am never satisfied, and always working for continuous improvement. I guess it’s the engineer in me?

Someone told me to leave it as is and come up with a new design for the next Lightning…
