What's with all these "accidental" 90MPH, not on purpose flights?
Luckily I've never experienced any of my Kolb planes to manifest this

What precipitates this Kolb "not on purpose" 90 MPH trait?
Does this "not on purpose" 90 MPH trait make Kolb planes dangerous
and unsafe?

Actually I guess I mislead you, about the "not on purpose." The incident
came about when I was dropping down to a area that I wanted to see from
about 2000 feet agl. I throttled back to midrange and pointed the nose down.
I finally got back to my gages and saw that I was doing 90 or better. We had
just had some discussions about shock cooling and I was overly concerned
about that. Now if I am that high, I just spiral down in a steep turn,
trying to quit before I get too dizzy.
