Hi Guys,

I'm running an O-200 on my 601 and will be using aluminium tubing instead of
the supplied 1/4 inch hose. What size ID are others using for an O-200?

Cheers

Tubing is generally listed by OD, 3/8" OD tubing should work fine.
That will give you a bit more than 1/4" ID.

PETER- I would use 3/8 O.D. aluminum tubing as a replacement for the rubber
hose . It has a 1/4 inc I. D.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the response. The reason for the question was that all parts
supplied by Zenith (gascolator, fuel tank) use 1/4" npt, the fuel pump uses
1/8" npt. The O-200 uses an MS3SPA with 1/4" fittings. I'll go with the 3/8"
tube and adaptor fittings for the fuel pump.

Cheers
