Howdy all;
I am still trying to sell my: BING 94 / 64 AIRCRAFT CARBURETOR which is ALTITUDE COMPENSATING.
This is a German Bing model 94 carburetor, it’s the NEW big brother of the model 64 and has a throttle valve diameter of 42 mm. This is an altitude compensating, constant depression carburetor for aircraft use. This unit is similar to the ones used on the Rotax 912 engine, only larger. This particular carburetor is sized for engines between 60-120 HP and can be tuned by changing the main jet or needle height (jets are included).
I purchased this unit from Great Plains, they make VW aircraft engines and it came with my water cooled head type engine. It can be used on experimental aircraft engines like the corvair or VW or other 4 or 6 cylinder engines under 120 HP. Its is also used on the Jabiru engine. I had this unit on my Great Plains VW for about a year, and I got it new. It has about 25 hours of operation on it and it is in perfect operating condition. After I received the unit form Great Plains, I converted it to a standard aircraft “fail-open” type throttle operation, which uses a wire control throttle and a wire control choke.
If anyone is interested, email me back for more info and a special matronics only price of only $395 !!!!!
