Has anyone have a clue as to WHAT COULD HAVE STARTED the breakup of N158MD??.

 

 I have read over the "factual report" many times, but it does not give us a clue as to what

 event could have started the breakup.   Ref LAX07FA026

 

 Perhaps overloading, bird strike, turbulents, abrubt control action, etc ?????????????
