Jay,
I spent 10 years paying my own way thru college without parental or government help. I then spent 5 years in a drudge job earning my stripes so that I can get paid well now. If you know anyone who spent their money as a youth on beer/stereos/spinner rims and now needs what I have worked for, I would be happy to 'spread the wealth'.
That's what high socialist taxes are for right? Making sure that the society's income standard deviation is as small as possible?
