Hi Kevin: I understand trying to save weight as I am also planning a heavy
engine. I misspoke when I quoted my costs for the .125 as it was about
$100.00 for four 25foot lengths and not 2 lengths. There was a thread about
the weight issue a few months ago and the difference in weight between using
.093 and .125 is measured in ounces. Dan.

4 sticks of .125" x1.5" x 25ft is 22.23 lbs
4 sticks of .093 x 1.5" x 25 ft is 17.28 lbs
So 4.95 lbs difference, I'll still be someplace around $16,000.00 ahead, by using the Corvair, so its worth it to me.

no angle calcs available so I used flat stock(at) 1.5" x 300' x 4
