No one has yet purchased "Kitfox".  Offers have been submitted for 

SkyStar's assets but it is the bankruptcy court that will ultimately 

determine who gets what and when they will get it.



We're all hoping for a good outcome here, but we need to be patient.

	Thank you for the clarification.  It struck me as premature for

the court to be awarding a bid at this time, but It was being said by

some (I don't recall who all) on our list that this had happened, so I

went along with the news, even though it really didn't seem possible to

be a 'done deal' yet.  

	Like you and many others, I do hope for a good outcome.
