In Section 4 "Gear Leg & Wheel Fairings" page 4 Step 5
"Raise the airplane on jacks so the tires are just off the ground ...
Level the airplane longitudinally and laterally at the F-1015C Mid Cabin
Deck."

The mid cabin deck is the door sill.
