Hello All:

We are considering the fuel system for our HDS.  We have leading edge wing tanks, which provide fuel in front of the spar.  The canopy is one of the first forward tilting and we have no header tank and will be fueling a corvair engine. We have custom dual sticks behind the spar and tricycle gear.   We would like to use all 3/8 th inch braided steel line.    Does anyone have experience with this setup? How did you place the fuel lines?  In an ideal situation we would like to have dual electric fuel pumps on the firewall, but are flexible.  We would really appreciate any insight from someone who has built one.  This is NOT an XL.  There are just enough differences to make this challenging.  But  the  design does have  the  advantage that the wings seem to flap  less . Thanks phill
