It is reasonable to request and/or support testing of the 601xl to American

standards. I do not think it is any more reasonable to ask Zenith to test the

airplane at cable tensions at any significant deviation from that called for in

 the plans than it would be to test it with a number of wing attach bolts

removed or improperly torqued. It is your responsibility as pilot/owner to

maintain the airplane in accordance with the design parameters. >
