KF'ers,
How far forward does the stick travel when at the forward stop (model IV)? Does it go under the instrument panel?
Thanks,
Clem

Mine does, but I had lowered my panel for visibility and sawed the
(now) interfering, excess length off the stick. I then adjusted the
travel so the stick almost hits the seats when going for climb position.

Clem, the perspective in these photos make it look a little further forward than it actually is. The top front edge of the stick handle is 1-1/2 inches directly below the trailing edge of the lower panel fuselage tube. Classic 4 built by the book.
