Having just recalibrated my tank with a defunct fuel sender removed so I
could see inside the tank during the process, the fuel starts crossing over
the saddle into the reserve at 9.2 litres, the reserve reached the saddle
level at approx 9 litres, at 20 litres I marked my sight glass as "Saddle
level" which is my Fly-no-Fly level. With careful filling, at near full
level, I can squeeze in 74 litres, a little over that it starts siphoning
out the vent line.
