Some Europas builders have mounted there fuel vent pipe on the bottom of there fuselage insted of the top. On the tri-gear, I was wondering what has been found to be the best location?
As picture paint a thousand words, I would be grateful for any you may have.
Thank you
Richard

Hi! Richard
If you do a bottom vent pipe exit (say out one of the flap control hinge
slots in the floor you need an anti-siphon collector bottle in the top
of the fuselage roof which can empty back into the tank with the vent
continuing out of the bottle in a higher mode.
Sorry no pictures available.
Regards
Bob Harrison G-PTAG Trike.

I did mine the way Paul McAlister showed on his build web-site. Simple and
works very well. The "anti-siphon" fitting goes in the fuel filler neck. The
3/8" aluminum tubing vents well while filling the fuel. Thanks Paul!
