Dear City of Enterprise,
The Red Thunder Airshow Team is excited about the possibility of performing in Enterprise this fall. The difference between Red Thunder and other performers is that we love to meet and greet the crowd and our unique airplanes. We very much enjoy “walking the line” shaking hands especially the kids. Our airplanes are distinctive former Eastern Block warbirds. They look and sound wonderful particularly when all six airplanes are in our signature maneuver the “Diamond Delta.” Our airplanes electrify experienced pilots and those who may not frequent airports. We specifically like to meet and greet veterans. Core to our beliefs are that our military veterans are the very people who have made our way of life possible. We are honored when someone asks us to conduct a missing man formation for veterans; we feel it an honor to salute those who have gone west.
In our phone conversation yesterday you said the date of the Enterprise air show is tentatively scheduled for the weekend of 19 September. Unfortunately, we are already booked and under contract to fly a show in Tennessee that weekend. How flexible are your dates? For example, we are currently available the weekend before and after that date or 13 and 26 September.
Find attached a brochure that outlines the Team and you may also find additional information at www.redthunder.us. Additionally, feel free to contact me anytime to talk about Red Thunder. We look forward to hearing from you.
Very Respectfully,
Jon Blake
