Hi folks. Struggling with fiberglass wing tip installation. I can either get tip to conform to nose skin or fiberglass wing tip in far enough to get min 20mm skin overlap but not both.
Greatly appreciate any suggestions.

Cut trim, buy glass cloth, epoxy, filler, sandpaper, and patience. That's
what I did. As delivered they don't come close to fitting right.
