Hi guys,

I went to Sun n Fun last week and bought a pair of sunglasses that fit
over my regular progressive-lens glasses. After flying with them Sunday,
I was amazed at the improvement over my regular gray-tint clip-ons. The
Zürich Sunglasses offer great UV protection without the dark or
polarizing mix of grays seen in digital LED displays. The Silver coated
rose surfaced sunglasses do not lighten or darken or change actual
colors like regular polarized tinted sunglasses do. The view from the
cockpit is the same inside and out and my eyes didn’t get fatigued as
before. They are a beautiful product that I felt they were worthy of
mention for these bright summer days.

Anyway, for the $60.00 I felt I’d gotten my money’s worth and wanted to
share it with you. The company can be found on the Internet at the link
below.

Yep. I got a pair a couple of years ago at SnF. I think they are
great. Very good optically. Available in 3 different darkness levels. I
got the darkest which are great, even flying right into a bright sun -
but I have to remove them to set the GPS or radio. I now wear contacts,
but still use these for flying as they allow very little "leakage"
around the edges are are comfortable for extended times.
