In reality you should not need any filter. the maifold pressure gauge is a dead end passage ending at a diaphram. No fuel shuold be able to migrate into it. To be safe you could run the line uphill to the gauge... IMHO
Ps. I also run a inflight Ivo prop. My gauge doesn't fill up with fuel, well not in 260 hours. So far. <G>
