Hi guys.  I just checked with the Legal Affairs branch of the NRA re: this atrocious HR45 attempt.  The good news is that although this was indeed re-submitted, it currently has absolutely no representative willing to co-sponsor it or touch it with the proverbial ten foot pole.  Indeed it was introduced by Bobby Rush, a Chicago based Black Panther and dishonorably discharged member of the military who served prison time for possession.   The frustrating part is that “they” will keep attempting to sneak it through.  I renewed my NRA membership today for another five years.  The best thing we can do is to stay aware, educate the public on what this is and who introduced it, and join a strong second amendment advocacy group.  On another note… The skies are clear, the weather perfect, and I have a wonderful war - bird that can’t wait to get aloft and go have some fun.  Neither can I.  So y’all go tear up the skies, enjoy, - and fly safe as always.

There is one bright spot in my day so far! Well make it two. A very good and very old friend of mine just had a near death experience but is back to tell about it.   

Still remember the 4th of July Tea Parties and volunteer to show off our war bootie!
