Hi Again  

   

While skimming an EAA newsletter email tonight, I just found out that the eAPIS system is not the only system that we foreigners have to contend with when entering the US. Apparently, there is also a TSA airspace waiver. The link to this website is below:

From what I can see, it appears that this waiver is not required for a/c with a transponder. Has anyone had experience with this system and if so can you confirm that it does not apply light singles.
