have this scheme.
It allows to comunicate between the two positions without doing anything.
Unfortunely the instruction is in italian, but you do not need it.
The circuit is with 4 relay Finder 30.22 or similar plus 7 wago connectors . Nothing more
I assure is very easy to built and very, very cheap. Not more than 20 USd
When you push the PTT from one position you connect the radio to the pin J and, very important isolate through the pin 11 the ground from F to the other PTT.So the copilot doesn't talk with outside.
And viceversa.
I realized it and works fine.
