I'm having a bit of fun trying to figure out where, longitudinally, the bottom
of 6B17-1 should be located. 6B17 shows the top connection, and indicates
that the bottom is affixed to 6B1-4.

Maybe I'm staring at it and don't see it, but I haven't found the dimension to
locate the bottom of 6B17-1. Obviously, those of you who are further along
have done something, and probably found the dimension. Any chance of sharing
this information with me?

TIA

Jim,

What is critical is the 90 deg angle between the torque tube and the face of 6B17-1, both horizontally and veritcally. Cleco 6B17-1 to 6B5-1. Lay a tube or a rod in the holes where the torque tube goes and adjust 6B17-1 to make a 90 deg angle between it and the rod or tube for vertical alignment. Measure from both edges of the bottom of 6B17-1 to 6B5-5 to make sure it is parallel to 6B5-5.

As an aside, I don't know what you mean by "TIA", but to me it means "transient ischemic attack" - a mini stroke. I've had one and it is a really scary thing.

Thanks for the idea. I may do that.
