I found this in the archives, from December of 2002:

    It would need to be a three pole switch. You need to switch

    ammeter leads as pairs . . . but what you propose would work.


	


Which switch would you recommend for this purpose?

    ANY two pole, double throw would work. Consider

    a miniature toggle like
