It’s not the M14P, but the AI 14 (more or less the same engine, but without the supercharger). A little bit less powerful, but still very impressive.  

   

The car is a GOGGOMOBIL, small car from the 1950ties in Germany, with a 250 cc engine, and something like 10 PS perhaps. The kind of small car for which you did not need a drivers license. This was quite popular in Germany just after the war (many people, particularly former soldiers,  could not get a drivers license).   

   

So this Goggomobil has now about 25 times more power ...  

   

Real fun when you’re at the traffic lights aside a BMW
