Gang,

Below is a message from a customer with a Yak-52. While there are some models that these brackets are not suitable for due to interference from items on the firewall, it appears as though some Yak-52s will accept the brackets just fine (see below). If you are interested in these for your Yak-52, we will provide a money back guarantee. If you buy them and they don't fit, return them within 30 days for a full refund. Price on the set is still $250 (one set per cockpit).
We also just received our latest batch of strut adapters. No more messing with valve the Russian strut valves. Screw the old ones out, screw our new ones in, safety wire, repressurize, and now you can fill your struts with a standard US fitting. Price is $125 for the full set (3 adapters, 3 schrader valves).
Please email me off list with more questions or to process your order.
Happy Flying,
Barry

Barry,

Just finished installing my new pedals in my Yak 52 (1980). I installed them in the front and gained 3 or so inches. I've flown maybe 2 hrs so far and love the extra room as well as the extra width apart gives me more mechanical advantage. I attached 2 photos to show you the installation. FYI: The pedals are at least 3" away from anything on the firewall, no issues at all fore/aft or to the sides. My firewall is standard and untouched as far as I know. Great tooling on your pedals, thanks again.
