Does any have a good flight testing process document that they could share. Ideally, it would go through a stepped (flight-by-flight) process covering all of the items that should/could be checked, verified, calibrated and/or documented in a logical and thorough process.

I received the ASA Flight Testing Homebuilt Aircraft book by Vaughan Askue
as my Matronics "premium" when I donated a few $$ last year. It looks
thorough enough but I haven't put it to the test yet!

Here is another book you might find useful. http://www.javifix.com/index.php
It is written by a Czech jet pilot I met at Kosh many years ago. He was in
the process of writing it at the time and I was impressed with what I saw.
Jerry (the author) was staying at the same house as me and was a very
engaging person - he had a very interesting story about how he defected to
France before coming to Canada.

Nick,
Here's a couple things I've sent out before, one from when I was a First
Flight Advisor and another stolen from an RV-6 driver. I recommend you
check with your local EAA chapter to see if they have an advisor as there
might be more current info.

6nbsp; Attached is the un-filled out version of the flight test program I 7m using E It 7s based on what others have done and the advice of local builders E I 7ve been doing one test card per flight and limit the testing to 2 per day max E
