As there are some people who seem to be curious about the Cold War Air Museum's MiGs... a minor update.  Got it started and taxied it today.

Gas to start MiG-23: $250

Crane to pull MiG out of the mud: $381.05

Teasing the driver for the next two weeks: Priceless!

( I was not the driver )  Despite being about 28 C000 lbs C the MiG-23 uses a pneumatic braking system that y'all would be COMPLETELY familiar with.  Apparently they didn't fully charge the nitrogen system before going out for a spin.

Check list? Who needs check lists...as many on this list would say.
Humm...maybe a tech order and a check list might have prevented the
incident?
But what do I know I'm just an ol fart with a shrinking brain. I need all
the help I can get.
