My wife and I long ago arranged for a million dollar "umbrella policy" to cover any possible lawsuits in this letigious society of ours.  This liability coverage can be had for a few hundred dollars per year.  In the advent of a suit against you C it's the insurance companies lawyers that will defend their loss of capital rather vigorously C allowing you to contemplate more important things....like your navel.    Jim.
