Hi

Would like o hear sugestions, on how to fasten the fairings on the main legs of
the rv6a.
I do not want to drill holes into the fuselage...Suggestions, pictures etc. of best
way to do this? I meant both, the upper and lower fairings....

Bert,

Go to the VAF forum and search on “attach gear leg fairing” and you will find lots of info and pictures.

the bottom fairings are bonded to the wheel pants. The top fairings are pull against the fuselage with a spring,the fairings were formed over shaped modeling clay with 4 layers of fiberglass.I did 1 rv6 and two rv7 that way the 3 aircraft are a shiloh ,SIF,if you like to come and see them .
