Wondering if all LED's come with a built in current limiting device or if most will need to have a resistor wired in line to keep the small power requirements they use from burning out.........any info posted somewhere on wiring in a 15mamp, 12dcv device to show power to the system is there?

Don't know if this has been posted before or not, but this place has just
