I “built up” my own system for about a quarter of the price of these aviation units.. Just something to consider as yet another option…

I have one I've only used once in 2 years - might be for sale.

Here’s what I did:

I bought a medical oxygen cylinder (size "D") on Ebay along with the medical regulator.. both together were under $100... then all you need is a canula for about $30... that's all.. for single seat.. And if you want two seats.. just buy some additional tubing and one more canula..   Two seat system can be had for about $150 or less.

One note -- a pediatric regulator may be a better choice as it has more "steps" on the low end (helps save oxygen by reducing flow) but it's not a big deal if you just go with the normal regulator (that has 0.5 liters per minute as lowest setting)..

A cursory look on Ebay shows:

  - Oxygen cylinder size D is $55.90 + 10 shipping (http://cgi.ebay.com/Luxfer-Oxygen-Cylinder-tank-W-Toggle-Valve-Size-D-NEW_W0QQitemZ350118224772QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item5184ac2384)

- Regulator $24.33 with free shipping (http://cgi.ebay.com/Medline-O2-Oxygen-Tank-Cylinder-Flow-Regulator-Guage_W0QQitemZ400082223062QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item5d26c23fd6)

- Adapter (medical-to-aviation) for just in case.. about $20 (http://cgi.ebay.com/Oxygen-Cylinder-Refill-Yoke-Adapter-CGA-540-to-CGA-870_W0QQitemZ390125975848QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item5ad551f928)

-- Oxymizer cannula is $19.95 + $5.95 shipping (http://cgi.ebay.com/Oxymizer-Mustache-Style-Nasal-Cannula-New_W0QQitemZ270494217683QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item3efab635d3)

All that together isn't much above $100...
