Are any of you 701/750/801 drivers upgrading to the new Matco rims?
I am trying to decide if it is really a safety issue.

Chuck poses a good question. When this issue first came up a few weeks ago some one asked the question “Has anyone had, or seen, or even heard, of a failure other than the one at Zenith?” So far, and I’ve been asking and looking around, I’ve found nothing.
How about it you guys, has anyone got any news on this issue?

No. Original kit rims... 280 hrs (at least 5 landings (almost) every saturday to give rides to friends, also as demo rides... No problem, grass strip, still original tires.
