I agree Jeff but would this cause the miss at 4600 to 4700 RPM remembering 

that the carb heat will eliminate it?

 If the plugs are black in the front I sure do not want to richen the 

mixture to simulate the carb heat, I figure it will worsen the problem but 

really do not know.
