Hi Tony:

I'm from NJ and being we are a Dam-o-cratic state it is NOT possable to get MoGas without the Al Gore Additive.

I have been using mogas and avgas since July 05 in my Jab 3300.
No problems. Recommend 92/93 (U. S. Octane) without the "Al Gore"
additive.

Hi Guys;

A question:  After reading JABIRU's web site I noticed that they "REQUIRE" 95 or 100 LL octane.  Yet, on I believe Zodiac's site they say 93 Auto Gas "MoGas" is acceptable.  So, are there any REAL WORLD answers to this?  I am not interested in hearing about what JABIRU recommends or what the warranty states; just real running running engines histories.

I ask this question because I'm looking to build or buy a LSA and cost is always an issue.

The problem I found with the algore additive is that is made my fuel
caps hard to remove an I suspect messed up my fuel flow turbine.
I suspect the seals were affected.
Also, maybe our elected "leaders" should provide $$$$$$$$$$$
funding to slected "climate scientists" to gather data to support
the additive's contribution to the current global cooling. Smile

Just for the record, ethanol in fuel predates the climate debate by about 20 years, back to the second time we were trying to get off the Arab oil tit. Now, it's just another give away to big agra and big oil.
