Hi, all...
Does anyone sell those Yak-52 FOD barriers anymore? I seem to recall
that someone used to make one from Cordura® or something but
discontinued selling them.
My (1993) model came from the factory with a curtain that covers
pretty much the whole area behind the rear seat. I'm not sure if that
was intended to do the job or if the smaller apparatus near the tail
is needed.
Thanks in advance for any advice. -Eric

You need to fabricate a barrier out of Ceconite to cover the last bulkhead in the tail cone. Also, if you can get to them, the holes in the bulkhead just below the vertical fin.

Dennis... I did that on a previous Yak, but I was hoping there was something already cut and hemmed with velcro on it... I had seen something on a website years ago, then they were discontinued.
