Hey all,

Need some advice on rivet removal. On the spar solid rivets, I've drilled the heads of the rivets and used a chisel to pop the heads off (just like in the videos). I center drilled a relief hole 3/4 or so through the rivet and the 9 rivets outboard of rib #6 came out pretty easily when I used my 3x rivet gun to drive them out. However, the rivets inboard of rib #6 where the spar cap doubles up I can't get the rivets to budge. I'm using a 3x rivet gun at about 100psi. I actually bent the punch I'm using in the rivet gun. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I'm really good at busting stuff and want to be especially careful here.
