Hi Listers,

I am building the wing spars and I made both upper spar caps with a 40 mm diimension on the angle cut end. It does not fit the way it is supposed to. The actual measurement needs to be 52 mm. The 80 mm up and 272 mm over dimension have both been checked and are correct for the spar angle.

Anyone else have this issue?.

Joe,
Great catch and likely only something a scratch builder would have caught. I'm not as far a long as you are but I've made note to cut the upper spar cap angle using the web as the guide. Thank you for passing along your finding.
