Bob,

We have 2 aircraft apart for the Upgrades. 

I plan to install access panels starting at the front of the weights. Hopefully we can disconnect the push rod to the aileron, raise it higher than normal travel  and let the weights down thru the opening. This would expose the bolts and make the weights accessible for install / removal. I have not check the travel yet but believe it to be doable.
