I'm installing the kit as I build the plane, so I'm doing the center spar section first. 



I have a really stupid question about reaming the 5/16" wing attach holes.  The upgrade kit instructions tell me to mark the hole locations on the upper and lower doublers of the kit with a transfer punch and remove the doublers to drill the holes on a drill press.  I'm clear so far.



Here are the parts I'm not clear on: 1. how much undersized should the holes be drilled on the drill press before reaming?  and 2. is the reaming done after reassembly (through the existing holes), or is it also done on the drill press?  The instructions don't seem to be clear on these 2 points.



I know several folks have covered this section of the upgrade, so these should be simple answers.
